Overview : Just before Christmas, department store clerk Steve Mason meets big spending customer Connie Ennis, who's actually a comparison shopper sent by another store. Steve lets her go, which gets him fired. They spend the afternoon together, which doesn't sit well with Connie's steady suitor, Carl, when he finds out, but delights her young son Timmy, who quickly takes to Steve.

amazon customer reviews holiday affair 1949 ~ i first saw holiday affair more than 30 years ago in precable days as a latelatelate show movie. ive had it on vhs for years but its been unavailable on dvd until now. watching holiday affair has be a christmas tradition in my home and im very pleased to see it released at last on dvd.
